Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown

My recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott was made exceptional by the outstanding valet service, especially from Rebeen. From arrival to departure, Rebeen's warm smile and efficient service stood out. He was incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and taken care of. Rebeen's attention to detail and genuine care truly enhanced my experience, making my stay seamless and enjoyable. The staff at this hotel was wonderfully accommodating during our stay to help us when our flight was delayed, and also helped locate a very important item we accidentally left behind. The location is great, with nearby parking, nightlife, and access to highways. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate everything that was done for us.

An absolutely amazing hotel with customer service that truly stands out! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, making the check-in process a breeze. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a Starbucks right on-site, which was very convenient. However, what truly elevates this hotel is its phenomenal valet service. Gerges and Rebeen, in particular, were outstanding. They were not only quick and efficient in getting my car, but they were also exceptionally helpful. Their friendly and attentive service went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for its top-notch customer service. Thanks to the whole team, and a special thank you to Gerges and Rebeen for making my stay so enjoyable!

Marriott service was amazing. Great location close to Broadway restaurants, bars and shops. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Damian was our valet and he was exceptional taking care of us upon arrival and again at departure!

I loved my stay at this hotel and I also love my ballet driver Raben he was the best anyone can ask for he was very respectful and he opened the door for me just overall in a amazing experience and the best valet experience I have ever had in all my times of traveling

Awesome location and friendly staff. We were able to check in early, which is always helpful when traveling. The location is great because you can walk right to Broadway & hundreds of different bars and restaurants. The hours of the bar and the hotel are a little bit goofy as it does not open until later, but other than that, there were zero complaints. Would stay here again if I return to Nashville (I will)

Loved it here!! My third stay in Nashville, and the Courtyard by Marriott was not only immaculate and super cozy, but also had GREAT service, and the location was PERFECT!! Just a couple of blocks from Broadway and right around the corner from Printers Alley! Reagan Hollister, Operations Manager, truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special!!

Great location within walking distance to Broadway and all of the excitement without all of the noise. Lots of excellent restaurants surrounding the hotel. Tons of breakfast restaurants nearby if you don’t want Starbucks. Valet parking is great but if they are crowded, you might have to drive around the block to be able to pull in. Hotel is on the corner of the block. Lobby has a tv and some seating if you want to visit. The room we were in had only one chair. Beds were comfortable. TV was mounted in a corner and could not be tilted. Small coffee pot in the room. Room was quiet and felt very safe.
